Who are we?

Our team is lead by Peter Craggs, a Creative Director with over fifteen years of experience based in Sydney, Australia

I like to keep things tight-knit, so you’ll be working with me 1:1, this ensures I can give you the maximum quality possible.

FAQs

Still unsure? Here's some frequently asked questions.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good question! You could...

But have you considered that you will have to spend thousands not only trying to attract the right designer to apply for your role, but you will also have to go through hundreds if not thousands of applications just to find the perfect applicant.

Even if you’ve successfully found a designer, salaries are anywhere from $100,000 upwards, and that’s before you’ve added in employer perks and the amount you've spent just to hire them.

And what if you have a period of little design work? Can you guarantee you'll always have something for them to be working on? Can you stop paying them or “pause” their salary? Absolutely not, you'll be stuck paying them with little value in return.

Our fees will always be less than $100,000, because you're only paying for the months you use the service.

Why no calls or meetings?

While we understand calls can be valuable, they can also take up a lot of time. We find that if there's a 20 minute call scheduled, you waste 20 minutes prior not wanting to start anything, then 20 minutes after following up and regaining focus.

We prefer to keep communication in sync using Trello or email. This is also what helps us to be so efficient.

How quickly will I recieve designs?

Each request will have a complexity tier assigned to it, with the most common being completed within 2-3 days.

More complex tasks can take up to 7 days for an initial draft. This is because everything we do is made from scratch based on your requirements and goals.

Is there a request limit?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Who are the designers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but we're actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder.

How do I request designs?

When you subscribe a Trello board will automatically be created for you. Simply log your jobs in the board, and we'll take it from there, one by one.

How do I manage my subscription?

When you sign up, we'll automatically create you a Trello board which will also contain your customer portal link to manage your subscription.

Are there any refunds?

Unfortunately not.

Due to the amount of creative pressure to produce high quality design work in a short amount of time, and the amount of research we put in to ensure you the best results, we can't justify going uncompensated for our time and effort.

But if you're unsatisfied for any reason with our service, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best.

What if I have a large task, like a rebrand?

If you have a larger scale project, we can break it up into sprints, so you have clarity on individual stages.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
